Which, if any, of these gadgets sound interesting to you:

  • Glucometer
  • CGM
  • Fitbit
  • Garmin watch
  • Heart-Rate Variability (HRV) detector

Each of these gadgets measures either blood glucose, physical activity, or recovery such as sleep, resting heart rate, and heart-rate variability.  I find this data important for understanding my metabolic health and recovery, and I make adjustments to diet and lifestyle every day based on this data.

You have probably noticed that my setup is not an Apple shop, so I have apps for all of these on my Android phone.  If you have an Apple shop, then I understand there are Apple equivalents available for most if not all of these.
