My journey has been about picking back activities I used to like and then switching them out for new ones:

- How I picked up my swimming
- How I did my first triathlon
- How I got into the gym
- How I started to lift weights
- How I got into obstacle course racing
Whoever said “The best exercise is the one that you’ll actually do” knew what they were talking about. I started with picking back up things I used to like to do as a youth like biking, running, and swimming, and then I looked for ways to take the activities to the next level, like doing a triathlon. I have enjoyed doing these activities with family and friends, and I have also met a lot of great people through classes, the gym, and various events.
